Tamia Adams, M.S.

Dear Hembree Springs Families:

My name is Tamia Adams and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new School Counselor at Hembree Springs Elementary! I am excited to join such a wonderful school community and look forward to getting to know our students and families throughout the year. Originally from Miami, Florida, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Kennesaw State University. I later completed both my Master of Science in School Counseling as well as Clinical Mental Health at Mercer University. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. Creating meaningful connections and lasting memories is something I truly value, and I bring the same passion into my work with students! As a school counselor, I am committed to supporting each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth. My goal is to help every student feel welcomed, heard, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential! I look forward to working alongside you to support our students!
